AS OF JANUARY 1, 2022, the Center’s schedule is open for in-person and virtual zazen meditation, Monday thru Saturday mornings at 6:30 – 7:30 am; an additional sit is available on Saturday mornings at 10 - 11 am. Evening zazen meditation is offered Monday – Thursday at 6 – 7 pm. .
MASKS ARE REQUIRED in the Zendo by ALL individuals. ONLY vaccinated individuals may sit in the Zendo. In the mornings, all individuals also welcome to sit outside in the grounds, 6:30-7:30 am.
Our Thursday evening book discussion is now reading “The Mirror of Zen: The Classic Guide to Buddhist Practice by So Sahn and Boep Joeng”.
The Center is also open for in-person open practice on Sunday mornings, 7-9 am.

The Board is monitoring the recommendations from the NMDH and will adjust AZC protocols accordingly. We are concerned for everyone’s health and well-being especially since many sangha members are older and AZC is Seiju’s residence. We will keep everyone apprised through the newsletter and website of updates and any changes as they occur. Gasshō
