“Whatever has the nature of arising has the nature of ceasing.”
Learn a practice that has stood the test of 2600 years! Learn zazen meditation in the Rinzai Zen style. Please note that this is a rigorous practice, but one that can be learned by all ages. You will, as a first time student be given the opportunity to practice and then discuss the experience of Zazen and have any questions addressed. Be prepared to stay for the 2 hour instruction period.
This class is free, however we suggest a donation of $5-20. AZC is a non-profit community zen center and is completely operated and supported financially by the community that uses it.
