SCHEDULE

Our weekly schedule is designed to accommodate your busy life. If you can only come in the mornings or evenings or on Saturdays - once a week or perhaps only one half hour at a time - you will find a day and a time and a practice that meets your needs. Morning practice is divided into three 30-minute sessions, evening practice is divided into two. If need be, you can arrive for individual sessions and leave as your schedule demands. Morning Practice

Monday - Friday:: 6:00 - 7:30a
-- 6:00 - 6:30: Tea and Chanting
-- 6:30 - 7:00: Zazen
-- 7:00 - 7:30: Zazen
-- 7:30 - Bagels and coffee (Wednesdays only)

Evening Practice


Monday - Wednesday:: 6:00 - 7:00p
-- 6:00 - 6:30: Zazen
-- 6:30 - 7:00: Zazen and Tea
Thursday: 6:00 - 7:00 Discussion Group
Friday: Zendo is closed in the evening.

Saturday Early

-- 6:00 - 6:30: Tea and Chanting
-- 6:30 - 7:00: Zazen
-- 7:00 - 7:30: Zazen
-- 7:30 - 8:30: Bagels and coffee
-- 8:30 - 9:15: Samu (work practice)

Saturday Mid-Morning

-- 9:30 - 10:30: Zazen Practice
-- 10:30 -11:00: Dharma Talk --

Family Zendo (Alternate Sundays)

-- 10:00 - 10:10: Gathering in the Meeting Room
-- 10:15 - 10:30: Tea
-- 10:30 - 11:45: Family Practice
